Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.
Joining him is celebrated chef and hummus lord Tom Sarafian. Known for bringing the internet’s hottest chocolate and an old favourite together for one exceptionally sweet snack!
